Resources yarn kicks off Sharing Circle

The Sharing Circle had a lovely start to the year, connecting with such a friendly group of people for our first session. The Living Languages Team shared some handy online tools and were able to give a basic demonstration on how those tools could be used at home or at work to make some practical language and culture resources.

What made the session even more incredible was that our guests kindly shared some of their resources and explained how their resources can be utilised in language and culture learning! It was nice to broaden that discussion to also include the importance of using natural and traditional resources when teaching or learning about language and culture.

Our next monthly session will take place on Thursday 7th April. In this special session we are hosting Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) experts Terri Janke and Co.

Thanks so very much for sharing and we sincerely hope people found the Sharing Circle yarn helpful.
